Jewelry Consignment Service

Selling your jewelry can be a very personal experience. I understand that you want to get the maximum value for your pieces within your timeframe.

The consignment process is simple: I perform a professional evaluation of your piece(s) to determine the likely resale value range.  With your permission, I’ll offer your jewelry for sale to the widest audience and I’ll aim for the highest possible price.  In order to prepare for sale, I will manage the cleaning and repairing of your piece if necessary.  I will do a full analysis of the piece to accurately describe it.  Professional photographs will be taken and I’ll determine the price strategy for that piece.  Then, I’ll choose the right audience.

Obtaining multiple bids ensures your jewelry will sell for the highest amount possible. Consignment fees are a portion of the sales price, so my incentives align with yours: to sell your jewelry for the maximum amount of money. For clients that do not need cash immediately, jewelry consignment can often yield the most value.

Is jewelry consignment right for me?

Jewelry consignment can be a great option if you have pieces with good resale value and you’re not in a hurry.  Consignment sales can take a long time to close, particularly when we are aiming for the best price.  If you are thinking of consigning jewelry for sale, be prepared for it to possibly take months, not days.  The value of the piece also determines whether it is a good candidate.  Pieces with a likely resale value of over $1000 are a good fit.  Unfortunately we are not able to accept lab grown diamonds for consignment or sale at this time.  Not sure what your jewelry item is worth?  No worries, we’ll figure it out together.

You’ll have the information you need to feel good about your decision.
